HYPE Social Media Agency from Fentange, Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager / Copywriter who can hold a project together and write the words that go with it. Someone organised enough to keep five clients moving at once, and sharp enough to write a caption that actually lands.

If you’re the person who plans, writes, publishes and follows through — and you do it in Luxembourgish, French and English — this could be your spot.

We’re a human-sized, human-led team working with exciting clients all across Luxembourg. From ministries and communes to local brands and big events, no week looks the same here.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from brief to publication: planning, timelines, coordination
• Be the day-to-day contact for your clients, meetings, feedback, approvals
• Write captions, scripts, texts and concepts in Luxembourgish, French and English
• Build editorial calendars and bring your own ideas to the table
• Publish and schedule client content across the socials, and follow the numbers
• Work with the team on productions, campaigns and live coverage

Qualifications

• You’re organised, structured and don’t need reminders
• You write well, and you enjoy it
• Luxembourgish, French and English. For this role, Luxembourgish is not a bonus, it’s the job
• You understand social media from the inside: what works, what flops, why
• Experience in an agency, a communications team or a similar environment is a plus
• You’re proactive, open and comfortable when things move fast
• Driver’s licence is important

This is not a job where you only write. You’ll be organising, chasing, publishing and presenting too. Some weeks are calm, others are intense, event weekends and live coverage are part of the game. We work with Meta Business Suite, Notion, Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut and Google Workspace.
