Responsibilities

• Create social-first video content
• Film and edit Reels, TikToks, aftermovies, interviews and event content
• Capture authentic moments that fit each client’s identity and vibe
• Work an elaborate ideas and concepts by yourself and in the team
• Be part of productions on-site, during weekdays and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong passion for professional video creation
• You know what works on social media and how to catch attention fast
• Good skills in filming and editing
• Experience with Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Luxembourgish is a huge advantage, but we’re also open to other profiles
• You’re flexible, proactive and like working in a fast-moving environment
• Driver’s licence is important

HYPE Social Media Agency from Fentange, Luxembourg is looking for a Project Manager / Copywriter who can hold a project together and write the words that go with it. Someone organised enough to keep five clients moving at once, and sharp enough to write a caption that actually lands.

If you’re the person who plans, writes, publishes and follows through — and you do it in Luxembourgish, French and English — this could be your spot.

We’re a human-sized, human-led team working with exciting clients all across Luxembourg. From ministries and communes to local brands and big events, no week looks the same here.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects from brief to publication: planning, timelines, coordination
• Be the day-to-day contact for your clients, meetings, feedback, approvals
• Write captions, scripts, texts and concepts in Luxembourgish, French and English
• Build editorial calendars and bring your own ideas to the table
• Publish and schedule client content across the socials, and follow the numbers
• Work with the team on productions, campaigns and live coverage

Qualifications

• You’re organised, structured and don’t need reminders
• You write well, and you enjoy it
• Luxembourgish, French and English. For this role, Luxembourgish is not a bonus, it’s the job
• You understand social media from the inside: what works, what flops, why
• Experience in an agency, a communications team or a similar environment is a plus
• You’re proactive, open and comfortable when things move fast
• Driver’s licence is important
